Spread Kindness Like Confetti

This year random act of kindness day will be celebrated on February 17th. Simple gestures like a kind word, encouraging someone, or a hug can feel small but, they can make someone’s day and brings a smile on their face. This random act of kindness day spread love and kindness like confetti.

Here are a few ideas to celebrate random act of kindness day.

  • Let someone go in front of you in line.
  • Send an encouraging note to someone.
  • Donate canned goods to your local food bank.
  • Write an appreciation note for someone.
  • Buy your lunch for a coworker.
  • Send flowers to your mom or sister.
  • Send a thank you note to the local fire department, police departments, or any military personnel.
  • Call or email old teacher or mentor who inspired you.
  • Write a kind thank you note for your server.
  • Run an errand for a busy family member.
